Course Overview
This course is broken down into 6 Modules, meant to be taken consecutively. It is best to do one Module at a time, to give yourself time to reflect on what you've learned. Feel free to break it up into one Module per day, or even per week.
Each Module will have a video, assignments, and at times mini-meditations that will begin to re-wire your brain and allow you to incorporate positive habits that will give you the power to reclaim your energy.
