Energy Leak Inventory
Instructions: Open up the PDF below, then –
Write down your stressors in column one — big or small. Start with the ones that feel the heaviest right now.
In the second column, ask yourself honestly: Is this mine to carry? Answer Yes (Y) or No (N) based on whether it’s something you can actually control or influence.
In the third column, rate how much energy this is draining from you on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (completely exhausting).
And finally, in column four, imagine what it might feel like to let this go — just the feeling, no need to fix it yet.

Take a moment to review what you just wrote.
Which stressor(s) surprised you the most?
Was anything draining energy that you didn’t expect?
Are you holding onto something that isn’t actually yours to carry?
🤔Reflect: “What’s one thing I realized about myself from this exercise?”
In this final step of Module 1 and perhaps the most important, I want you to think of three things you will let go of today. This is the where we begin to change our habits and rewire our brains.
What should you let go of you might be thinking? It could be anything as small or as big as a thought, a worry, or an outcome. Just start.
Instructions: Open up the link on your right and write down 3 things you’re ready to let go of — mentally, emotionally, even physically (like deleting an email or returning something you’ve been avoiding). Ways to let them go: Cross them off, burn them (safely), trash/delete them symbolically.
🎯 You’ve just taken the first step — not toward becoming unbothered all the time, but toward choosing what’s worth your energy.
Throughout this module, you gave yourself permission to:
Be honest about where your energy is going
Name what’s no longer yours to carry
Let go of at least 3 things (big or small)
Start showing up for yourself — not your anxiety

Not everything deserves your energy. And now, you’re starting to believe it!
Congratulations! You just finished Module 1. Take some time to think about what you've learned, and try to incorporate letting go of 3 things each day this week, big or small. Remember to recognize the difference between what's a stressor that may be leaking your energy unnecessarily and think about how it would feel to let it go. Then try actually letting go of the thought, the action, or the time spent worrying about it.
